Families pay $10 for a professional photo sitting, they book this with you, using my booking forms, through your school/centre/group. The $10 is kept by your organisation as part of your fundraising money. I provide all the material you need to market this fundraiser to your families/members…Posters, flyers, booking forms etcI bring my portable photo studio to your school/centre on either a Saturday or Sunday, and take 3 different photos per family. The family gets given a FREE 10”x13”photo (this can be either colour or black & white)

I bring the photos back to your school/centre on a suitable week day and meet with the families. This is when they collect their free photo and purchase any additional photos at a special fundraiser price. (They are not obligated to purchase additional photos)
After the photo viewing day I send you bonus funds of 10% of the photos purchased on the day. This money is in addition to the $10 already collected by you for the sitting fee. – A great fundraiser for everyone.
